Frankie Essex shows full figure with burger and fizzy drink during beach break in Gran Canaria

She's been open about her struggle with yo-yo dieting and fluctuating weight. But Frankie Essex, 28, looked full of body confidence as she enjoyed a beach day during a recent break in Gran Canaria. She slipped into a skimpy white bikini to catch some winter sun, before enjoying a burger and fries.

 She left her long blonde locks loose and sported some glam makeup for the beach trip, teaming a generous splash of blusher with lashings of black mascara. After running along the sand, the ex reality star kicked back with a burger and fries, tucking in and washing the meal down with a fizzy drink as she enjoyed the view from the beauty spot.

Despite cutting a relaxed and content figure, the Essex native has previously revealed she hasn’t been feeling very body confident in recent months.

 ‘I’m a confident person, but I’m not happy with my body and I want to start training again,' she said during an interview with Closer Magazine. Frankie - who fluctuates between a size 10 and 14 - revealed to MailOnline last summer that she had achieved the waist of her teenage self when she slimmed it to 29 inches.
