Kumasi: Pictures - Asanteman in tears at Bantamahene’s funeral

The burial ceremony of the Bantamahene Baffour Amankwatia Asare was held in Kumasi - Bantama. The Prominent Chief died months ago at the Korle-bu Teaching Hospital in Accra. He will be buried Friday midnight running into Saturday 12:am.

The funeral attracted thousands of people from all walks of life including President John Mahama, the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP’s) Flagbearer Nana Addo, government officials and other politicians.
