A 32-year-old trained teacher, Joyce Adomah Boatemaa, is appealing to the public to assist save her life after she was diagnosed with kidney problem. She would need more than $30,000 to undergo a successful kidney transplant which can only be done outside the country.

Ghana; Man, 46, arrested for selling five children for $130.00 into slavery

Anti-Human Trafficking Unit of the Ghana Police Service has arrested a 46-year-old man, Bright Agyepong,  for allegedly selling his four biological children into slavery on the Volta Lake for GH¢ 500.00 ($130.00) All the four children, who are males, have been rescued, along with another nine -year- old boy who was said to have been sold into slavery by his relation when he was three years old.
