Nine players of the Kpando Heart of Lions club have been admitted at the Mampong hospital in the Eastern region after their team bus was involved in an accident on the Koforidua-Mamfe road. The team was traveling to Nkawkaw for their Division One league encounter with King Solomon Wednesday evening.
There were 27 players and officials on board the bus when the accident occurred. It is unclear what triggered the accident.
