Rwanda: Does Amended Constitution Allows Prez. Kagame To Potentially Rule Until 2034?
Rwanda‘s amended constitution allowing President Paul Kagame to potentially rule until 2034 has come into force, the justice minister said Friday. The amendments allow Kagame, 58, to run for an exceptional third seven-year term in 2017, at the end of which the new rules take effect and he will be eligible to run for a further two five-year terms.

The dismembered body of Agnes Agyei, a 47-year-old trader from Kumasi has been found in a bush at Walewale in the Northern Region. According to ASP Ebenezer Tetteh, the Northern Regional Police Public Relations Officer, Agnes Agyei, had travelled to Walewale to collect goods she had ordered from Mahamadu Issahaku, 27 and Alhassan Mohammed, 50 -- her agents.

Amooti Crescent Baguma was born in Tooro Fort Portal, Uganda on 13th June 1960.
He was the 2nd born in a family of eight children (7 girls and 1 boy) born to Acaali Simon Kalenzi and Akiiki Teresa Matama.
Education/Profession;
Amooti Crescent started his early education at St. Mary’s Demonstration School Kinyamasika for his Primary 1 to Primary 4.
When the family moved to Ibanda, he joined Demonstration School Ibanda for his Primary 5 to Primary 7. He then moved back to Fort Portal and completed his formal education at St. Leo’s College, Kyegobe.
Amooti had an enterprising mindset whose robust business acumen and positive attitude to work saw him venture into several successful businesses. Most notably, he founded a construction company, BCR General Ltd with his wife Dorothy. Together, they built several other successful businesses.
Family Life:
Crescent Baguma met Dorothy Mwirumubi in 1983 and they were married in 1989.
Amooti Crescent was blessed with six lovely children; Eileen Kanyana Baguma Musinguzi, Emmanuella Mpanja Baguma, Isingoma Baguma, Kato Baguma, Sylvia Teresa Baguma and Ronald Baguma.
He was also blessed with 3 granddaughters; Chloe Kenyange Musinguzi, Casey Nsemere Musinguzi and Hannah Byanjeru Achuchi Lukendo whom he loved very dearly.
A simple, kind and self-made man, Crescent loved his family very dearly and worked tirelessly and selflessly to provide for them.
