Looking incredible as ever, the TV star paraded her incredibly toned physique in a simple black swimsuit. Over the years, Emma has jetted off to the idyllic hotspot for Christmas with her husband Graham Clempson and their teenage children Lily and Sam.
The annual December break is the perfect opportunity for the television star to flaunt her youthful shape at 50. Emma slimmed down to great effect and feeling more confident and looking simply stunning in her swimwear.
She opened up about how she achieved it in an article she wrote for the Daily Mail. She wrote: ‘In the past 18 months, I have taken myself in hand and turned myself totally around. And, boy, do I feel empowered and proud of myself, because I’ve done it all naturally. No Botox. No liposuction. No surgery.’ Sharing the secrets of her exercise regime she said: ‘I loathe exercise, but I realised the only way to get toned was to get myself into the gym. So 18 months ago, with the help of a personal trainer, I started a regime.
