Abuja - An Enugu couple have expressed both shock and hope after giving birth to conjoined twin girls, Punch reports. The twins, Miracle and Testimony, are joined at the groin and despite their condition, appear to be two very healthy children. Despite admitting to initially being traumatized, the babies' father, Segun, has expressed optimism, saying that his faith gave him the courage to pull through. Doctors have revealed that the twins share no vital organs and defecate and urinate normally, given that they have separate genitals and legs. The twins, who are still being treated at the Intensive Care Unit at the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, are said to be visited by their mother every day.
