Zayn Malik's majestic walk to sell off ex Perrie Edwards' mother's house to 'rid of every trace' of her in his life

Zayn Malik is set to sell the home he bought for his ex-fiancee Perrie Edwards' mother. The 23-year-old singer bought the house for Perrie Edwards' mother, Debbie, during their two year engagement, but after their split in the summer he is preparing to sell the property.
However The Sun reports that the singer is threatening legal action if Perrie's mother doesn't comply with his plans and leave, as he tries to eradicate 'every last trace' of his ex from his life.A spokesperson for the former One Direction star commented: 'She [Debbie] is still living in the house.

 'Zayn has very generously allowed her to live there for the past couple of years, but she's buying a house with her boyfriend so will be moving out once it completes. However a friend of the star explained the situation regarding the star wanting Debbie out of the house - which is said to be solely in his name, saying he has 'ordered' her to leave.
 
 'Zayn wants Debbie out,' the inside elaborated. 'He has told her that he wants the house back and ordered her to leave.' And the sale of the property is said to be prompted by the Mind of Mine star's desire to 'rid' himself of anything that reminds him of his time with Perrie.

 Though Zayn seems set on making the sale a cathartic experience, and Debbie is planning on leaving the house - the insider alleged that the singer is not messing around when it comes to completing the sale. 'He has issued Debbie with an ultimatum - get out or he will take her to court,' the source said.
