Residents in Agona Badumase in the Ashanti Region were shocked, when a 15-year-old Junior High School pupil was caught having sex with a pregnant sheep and was asked to marry the animal.
The boy, whose name has been withheld for legal reasons, was on Friday July 15, between 7.30 and 8pm caught having sex with the pregnant sheep behind a school building.
The act is believed to have led to a miscarriage by the expectant sheep, causing the owner of the sheep to demand from the boy’s parents, the performance of marital rites for the sheep within three days or face his wrath for the loss of the sheep’s pregnancy.
Investigations are ongoing by the police.
