chosen for the maiden edition of the promotion of the card because the party believes that Ashanti is the heartbeat of the NPP, hence the need for members to be abreast with latest reforms. Promotion of the new card will be replicated in other regions throughout the country to ensure that new members get registered and get access to the benefits the card provides. Holders of the Electronic identity card can transact business with their cards and also serve as a payment system for all its members and sympathizers to be able to contribute financially towards the running of the party, through the platform.
