The Dead Or Alive singer joined almost the full class of Celebrity Big Brother 2016 housemates on Channel 5 spin-off show but his apparently changed facial appearance left viewers asking,
 'What has he done to his face?' Either Pete Burns has inserted a cherry blossom boot polish tin into each cheek or a plastic surgeon needs arresting,' one user commented.
'Holy s**t. Pete Burns needs to calm with the surgery, he is what nightmares are made of,' another added.
Others were left downright shocked by his seemingly different looks and expressed their outrage on the social-networking app.
One user commented: 'What the hell has Pete Burns done to himself? He's looked rather bizarre for years but he looked shocking on last night's CBBBOTS.'
'Was watching Pete Burns trying to work out weather he was just tired or couldn't open his eyes because of his surgery. Shocking #CBBBOTS,' another agreed.

Meanwhile, Pete received many insulting comments with some users likening him to 'a burns victim', 'Scream mask caked in make-up' and 'a melted coupon' among other things. Among all the scathing remarks, a large portion of viewers expressed delight in having him return to the spotlight temporarily.

He thrilled fans and the studio audience as he closed the show with his band's famous 1985 hit You Spin Me Round. Pete dealt with the criticism with his typical care-free attitude, claiming he doesn't 'give a f**k'. He tweeted on Saturday morning: 'Just in case you missed it. Thanks for all the nice tweets and or the s**tty ones... Who gives a f**k !!' His cosmetic-surgery past has been well documented and he openly admits to spending most of his life savings on reconstructive surgery to correct a lip procedure which went wrong and took 18 months to put right. Additionally, he has had dermal fillers in his lips, cheek implants, several nose jobs and he boasts quite the collection of tattoos.
