Giada De Laurentiis, 45, Dates TV Producer Shane Farley..... But He's Still Married !

Giada De Laurentiis finalized her divorced with her husband of 11 years, Todd Thompson, in September. And already the 45-year-old chef is dating again. According to a Thursday report from UsWeekly, the beauty is seeing TV producer Shane Farley, sources confirm to Us Weekly. And they have reportedly been
an item in the news for three months already, even though Shane's divorce from Jennifer Giamo is yet to be finalized. Farley is the former executive producer of The Rachael Ray Show. He is now working on FABLife with Tyra Banks and Chrissy Teigen. Giada and Shane were seen getting very close at Drai's Nightclub at the Cromwell in Las Vegas on August 1, according to the site. She was cozying up to the dark haired looker during a Nick Jonas performance. 'They were making out . . . in full view of everyone,' the observer told Us. 'They are super affectionate . . . all over each other.'

Another source added that the TV icon brought him to a Halloween party. 'She seemed super happy with him and they were hanging out with all of her best friends,' the source said. 'She was feeding him bites of different appetizers and then holding his hand. All of Giada’s friends know Shane and have hung out with him many times. She seems very comfortable around him and in love.' There is one issue with Shane. He's still technically married, according to UsWeekly. The TV show exec filed for divorce this March from his wife,  Giamo's lawyer Barry S. Guaglardi told Us Weekly that his client has not been happy with Shane's new girlfriend, Giada. 'My client is devastated by what she has learned through the tabloids . . .' he said. De Laurentiis has a seven-year-old daughter named Jade Marie with Thompson.
