The lawyer who claims to be receiving death threats due to the case disclosed this in an exclusive interview on Thursday. “They have sent people to talk to me; chiefs and opinion leaders, very close friends and business associates are all telling me to stop pursing the case but I tell them to talk to my client,” he added.
Gary Nimako who said he is afraid for his life noted that he proposed the case be solved internally but the utterances of some NDC executives like National Organizer, Kofi Adams have rather worsened the case. “Kofi Adams was on radio; the case is dead now look at it and they are now giving me pressure,” he bemoaned. Gary Nimako said he is ever ready to quit pursing the case if his client directs him to do so.
