Anthony Joshua insists he's NOT dating Geordie Shore's Chantelle Connelly

Boxing pro Anthony Joshua has shot down claims he's dating Geordie Shore's Chantelle Connelly - in fact, he has no idea who she is. The former stripper previously claimed that he asked for her number and that she was hurt when she - along with his shocked fanbase - found out that he had a secret child last month.

Friends of 26-year-old Anthony said on Friday that the pair never dated, and he has no awareness of the reality show newbie, 26, because he doesn't watch TV. A source closer to the boxer said, 'He literally has no idea who she is.

He gets asked for pictures by fans all the time. Anthony doesn't watch TV, so he wasn't aware she is on Geordie Shore.' Putting paid to her claims once and for all, a representative confirmed: 'Anthony is 100% not dating Chantelle Connolly from Geordie Shore.'

Chantelle told a very different story when she spoke to The Sun on Thursday, explaining: 'We swapped numbers – well, he asked for my number.'

She claimed their dalliance began when they met at a boxing event but she was left feeling dejected when it was last month that he was the father of a secret child with on/off girlfriend Nicole Osbourne
