According to Allotey Jacobs, Central Regional Chairman of the ruling NDC, President John Dramani Mahama will be a victor ahead of his closest contender, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
He explained that – the NDC tested with doves to prove if their candidate is a ‘God sent leader’ during their campaign launch in Cape Coast last Sunday.
“When you want to see victory, dove stands for victory and peace. So when the doves were released by the ladies, three of them [the doves] encircled the president, flying around the President and went away," he explained. " . . It signifies victory, it signify the glory of God, it signify that come 7th December we will pass through this election peacefully,” he said.
