An armed robbers training camp has been cited at Ramsar site in Tema by the Police. The camp shows how the robbers learn new techniques of gun attacks by using empty plastic bottles as their target. The police stormed the training camp seeing the robbers busily rehearsing with armed weapons.
The suspects upon seeing the police opened fire on them and the police returned fire killing one instantly. About 72 cartridges and several empty plastic bottles which served as targets for the shooting rehearsals were retrieved by the police.
