Ghana: 32-year-old 'dying' teacher needs help
A 32-year-old trained teacher, Joyce Adomah Boatemaa, is appealing to the public to assist save her life after she was diagnosed with kidney problem. She would need more than $30,000 to undergo a successful kidney transplant which can only be done outside the country.
Currently Adomah spends close to GHc600 each week on dialysis and according to her, the family can no longer raise that amount to support her dialysis treatment each week.
This has left her very weak and pale. She is therefore appealing to institutions and individuals to come to her aid by contributing to save her life. Any amount or contribution can be paid or made into her personal account at the GCB Bank No.7041010036406 Dormaa-Ahenkro branch or mobile money to 0249463072.

Anti-Human Trafficking Unit of the Ghana Police Service has arrested a 46-year-old man, Bright Agyepong, for allegedly selling his four biological children into slavery on the Volta Lake for GH¢ 500.00 ($130.00) All the four children, who are males, have been rescued, along with another nine -year- old boy who was said to have been sold into slavery by his relation when he was three years old.
