Alan Shearer In Shirtless Pose With Family On Holiday In Barbados

He's currently enjoying a break from the English weather in Barbados with his family. And it seems that for Alan Shearer life is just a beach, as the 45-year-old footballing legend was seen enjoying a cool dip after soaking up some rays on the sand on Friday. Showcasing his athletic physique by going shirtless and in a pair of blue shorts, as he emerged from the surf, the Newcastle United legend has clearly been keeping himself in good shape. Clearly still in peak physical shape, the BBC football pundit showcased his athletic physique as he swaggered out of the tropical waters wearing nothing but a pair of blue swimming shorts. Having managed to avoid the usual pitfalls of a break in the sun, Alan sported a glowing tan on his lean and toned torso and legs - while his shaven head didn't show any signs of sunburn either. Wearing only a sports watch and a pair of black wayfarer shades, the sports columnist looked to be completely at ease with the relaxing pace of his holiday. Bounding up the beach towards his family after his dip, Alan's swim appeared to have rejuvenated him. The sporting star - who retired from professional football nine years ago - has been regular on the beach with his family during their stay on the sunny isle. Joined by wife Lainya - who he married in 1991 - his two daughters Chloe, 23, and Hollie,20, as well as his teenage son Will, 14, Alan has been enjoying some time away from England. But while he has cut a relaxed figure, the St James' Park legend has also been playing the doting father, and has been spotted enjoying some quality time with his daughters on the beach. 20-year-old daughter Hollie and 14-year-old son Will, went for garish orange shorts as he caught some rays after pulling off a tight white T-shirt and heading straight for the crystal waters. Since retiring from a career in football, the Newcastle native has made a career for himself in sports punditry alongside the likes of fellow former England star Gary Lineker at the BBC.
