Tarkwa: For a brighter future vote NDC out – Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia

Dr. Mahamud Bawumia, running mate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has promised Ghanaians especially the youth a brighter future, only if they can reject the Mahama-led administration in the November general elections. Dr Bawumia says the National Democratic Congress administration has failed woefully in creating opportunities for the country’s youth in the last eight years. He cited the massive youth unemployment among others, as reasons why the mandate of President Mahama should not be renewed come November 7, when the country goes to the polls. Addressing students of the University of Mines and Technology (UMaT), Tarkwa, at the Tarkwa Roman Catholic Parish Hall, Dr. Bawumia called on the youth to exercise their mandate wisely by choosing the NPP, which is prepared to secure Ghana’s future with sound economic policies.

According to him, any vote for the NPP would be a vote for a brighter future for themselves and for Ghana. “This election is about the future of this nation and about your future. We have before us two clear alternatives; one where the future is just like the present of even worse; and the other which is a bright future. We have a choice between a nation with unprecedented joblessness and a nation and economy which keeps producing jobs for our youth,” the NPP running mate added.
