The city of Accra is flooded once more after hours of downpour. Pictures and videos emerging from flood prone zones such as Circle, Kaneshie, Abossey Okai, Mamprobi, Madina, Weija and several other places show people trapped in the rains. In Kaneshie, people have had to employ the services of heavily built men who carry them to cross the floods. The Dzorwulu portion of the N1 Highway is also flooded causing several cars to be trapped on the route.
According to the Ghana Meteorological Agency (GMA), it would rain a little longer.
